I acknowledge that I am required to pay the vendor fee within 48 hours of receiving the acceptance email unless otherwise agreed upon with market

I acknowledge that my spot will be given to the next vendor in line if vendor fee is not paid on time.

I acknowledge that the vendor fee is NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE regardless of the reason. Rain or shine.

I acknowledge that if the event cannot happen (at Makers & Shakers discretion), I will be given 2 alternative transfer dates to choose from. If neither work for me, then I will lose my vendor fee.

If accepted, I would like to participate in a vendor highlight post on the Makers & Shakers Market Instagram page and will provide requested information (text & photos) upon acceptance
