FOOD VENDORS: You are required to have proper permits. If serving hot food, you will need a TFF for our events. Your vendor fee is non-refundable/non-transferable if you do not obtain your TFF on time, or if you are denied.

I have reviewed the Event Agreement and FAQs (see link above) and am ready to move forward should I be selected to participate.

I acknowledge that I am required to pay my vendor fee by the due date in the acceptance email.

I acknowledge that my spot will be given to the next vendor in line if vendor fee is not paid on time.

I acknowledge that the vendor fee is NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE regardless of the reason. Rain or shine.

I acknowledge that if the event cannot happen (at Makers & Shakers Market's discretion), I will be given 2 alternative transfer dates to choose from. If neither work for me, then I will lose my vendor fee.

If accepted, I would like to participate in a vendor highlight post on the Makers & Shakers Market Instagram page and will provide requested information (text & photos) upon acceptance.

This application does not guarantee you a spot. We are only able to accept 1-3 vendors per category.
Once you have been accepted as a vendor we will send a detailed email with information about the market. We wish we could take everyone but if you don’t hear back please apply for out next market!
